General Manager (Dental/Animal Health)

Location: Charleston, SC, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $128,100.00–$170,833.33 per year

What you will do

• Direct and supervise branch sales and internal operations, including management of the sales team.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to develop strategies for branch growth and profitability.
• Analyze sales activities, market trends, and customer needs to optimize sales performance.
• Develop sales employees through ongoing training, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Build a customer service culture and identify process improvements that increase efficiency or reduce costs.
• Participate in personnel selection and ensure adequate coverage for branch obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in customer service, sales, and asset management; sales team supervision is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen, decision-making ability, customer focus, and people leadership skills.
• General computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM systems.
