Executive Chauffeur

Location: Miami and South Florida; full-time position based in Coconut Grove, Florida

What you will do

• Safely transport the CEO, executives, employees, guests, and visitors throughout Miami and South Florida.
• Plan routes, monitor traffic and road conditions, and communicate delays or itinerary changes.
• Coordinate transportation needs and schedule changes with the CEO’s team.
• Provide discreet, professional assistance to passengers, including luggage handling.
• Keep company vehicles clean, fueled, safe, and ready; complete routine checks and travel logs.
• Work flexible hours that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate, executive, or private-service environment.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Extensive knowledge of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, including roads, airports, venues, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
• Strong discretion, professionalism, emotional intelligence, situational awareness, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to use GPS and navigation technology, perform basic vehicle safety checks, remain alert during extended driving, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an executive chauffeur or professional driver for executives, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, or private principals.
• Experience working with executive protection or security teams.
