What you will do

• Operate company-owned aircraft safely and cost-effectively in compliance with FAA standards and FAR/CFR Part 91.
• Transport company officials, customers, and family members on domestic and international flights.
• Conduct pre- and post-flight procedures, including weather assessment, aircraft readiness checks, cleaning, catering, stocking, and lavatory service coordination.
• Plan and schedule trips, maintain flight and journey logs, complete international paperwork, and report aircraft discrepancies.
• Coordinate maintenance-related matters with the Director of Maintenance, senior maintenance technicians, and the Director of Aviation.
• Attend initial and recurrent training, safety courses, and continuing education related to international flight operations.

Requirements

• Multi-engine Commercial Pilot Certification and a Class I FAA Medical Certificate.
• 3,000 total flight hours, including 1,000 turbine hours and 500 PIC turbine hours.
• Experience with mid-cabin to large-cabin aircraft and international operations.
• FCC Radio Station License, current passport, and valid driver’s license.
• Availability to travel 75% and ability to lift up to 50 pounds into and out of the aircraft.
• Strong interpersonal skills; an associate degree in a related field is required, while a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
