Location: Fayetteville, NC, USA; full-time, onsite role.

What you will do

  • Monitor WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker case files for eligibility, documentation, redaction, and service-plan quality.
  • Track contract goals and federal performance indicators, including employment rates, median earnings, credential attainment, and local benchmarks.
  • Develop continuous quality improvement processes covering file audits, staff feedback, and corrective action plans.
  • Use Excel Pivot Tables and dashboards, Power BI, SCWOS, FutureWorks, Geographic Solutions reports, and customized trackers for analysis and forecasting.
  • Prepare performance and quality reports for leadership and funders, and coach frontline managers and staff on corrective actions.
  • Lead internal file reviews before state and federal monitoring visits and support related staff training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Workforce Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least two years of WIOA program experience or experience in quality assurance, compliance, or performance-focused work.
  • Strong knowledge of WIOA regulations, TEGLs, documentation standards, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SCWOS or a similar platform is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and accountability skills.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing and valid automobile insurance.
