Senior Human Resources Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities in recruiting, retention, and workforce planning.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Workday, and Power BI.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to address workforce challenges with data-driven recommendations.
• Lead analytics projects focused on reporting improvements, HR data quality, and business processes.
• Prepare concise summaries and presentations for leadership to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; a focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing workforce, HR, or business data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems is preferred.
• Availability to work on-site at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.

• Knowledge of Python or database management.
