Workforce Analytics Lead (Workforce Planning & Strategic Human Capital Analytics)

Location: Hybrid work in Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region, working on and off the client site.

What you will do

• Develop workforce dashboards, workforce models, predictive analytics, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Build Power BI and Tableau dashboards to support workforce planning and strategic human capital analytics.
• Deliver data-driven decision-support products, workforce insights, and executive reporting.
• Support digital transformation, process automation, IT system integration, and workforce planning tools.
• Design KPIs and apply governed data to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Support federal human capital management policies, regulatory compliance, performance outcomes, and SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Analytics.
• 8+ years of analytics experience.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Analytical thinking, strong communication, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, Microsoft Office, and business analytics tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.

Nice to have

• Government and public services sector experience.
• Experience supporting federal human capital modernization or clients such as the National Science Foundation.
• Security clearance experience or eligibility for engagements involving sensitive federal work.
