Performance Management Specialist (Human Capital Evaluation)

Location: Hybrid work at or near Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region, working on and off client site. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Conduct human capital program evaluations using HRStat, OPM guidelines, and GPRA Modernization Act standards.
• Develop KPIs, track performance metrics, and support HR performance management.
• Build scorecards and provide analysis, documentation, controls, and adoption support for evaluation frameworks.
• Improve operational efficiency through digital transformation, process automation, and business intelligence.
• Support integration of HR technology systems and workforce planning tools.
• Optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and service-level agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of performance management experience.
• Experience with KPI tracking, analytical thinking, and human capital programmatic evaluation and compliance.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, time management, prioritization, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.
