Front of House Lead American Girl Restaurant

Salary: USD 19–22.80 per hour

What you will do

• Support restaurant leadership with staffing, hiring, coaching, training, purchasing, vendor relations, and inventory management.
• Maintain food and beverage service, quality, consistency, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Deliver high-quality selling and customer service while resolving dining experience issues.
• Handle special requests and dietary needs and perform restaurant leadership duties when required.
• Coordinate with restaurant and store management on events and programs.
• Maintain communication with staff and management and troubleshoot restaurant equipment, reservation, POS, and software systems.

Requirements

• Restaurant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, preferably across front- and back-of-house operations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks involving constant walking and standing, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Working knowledge of POS, inventory, reservation, restaurant operations, and office software systems.

Nice to have

• Experience working with children.
• Current state sanitation certification, ServSafe certification, and Safe Alcohol Consumption Certification.
• Experience with Eatec, Microsoft Office, InfoGenesis/Universal Desktop, Zomato, JTech, and related systems.
