Piping Draftsperson

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania, United States; full-time, onsite role with domestic and international travel required.

hirify.global is hiring for a role focused on piping drafting and VDC documentation.

What you will do

• Prepare drawings, layouts, sketches, specifications, and other data presentations.
• Update and maintain drawings, directories, electronic files, and related records.
• Maintain and improve document control policies, procedures, drafting standards, and facility documentation.
• Complete assigned projects on time and within established budgets.
• Advise the Project Lead on assigned project milestones and support other VDC departments.

Requirements

• Associate degree in drafting technology or equivalent work experience; architectural or engineering education is preferred.
• 0–2 years of AutoCAD drafting experience required.
• Ability to create drawings and specifications using computer systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
• Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and customer skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team.
• English language skills and ability to travel domestically and internationally are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D drafting and rendering, Revit, Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project, CADmep, or Navisworks.
