Senior Valuations Specialist (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the local office in Seattle, Washington, United States

Compensation: 100% commission-based annual compensation; eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments covering financial reporting, purchase accounting, Net Asset Value, periodic reporting, tax, and lending.
• Value commercial real estate properties across all property types.
• Work independently and with team members across geographies to deliver client results.
• Gather market and property data through direct client interactions, including interviews with brokers and property managers.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic and demographic trends.
• Help prepare and present clear, concise valuation analyses.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related work experience in commercial real estate valuation or appraisal.
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
