Senior Associate, Investments

Location: hirify.global Place New York, 225 Liberty Street, 8th Floor, New York, New York

Starting salary: $250,000 per year, plus a short-term cash incentive program.

What you will do

• Perform complex financial analysis, financial modeling, and valuations.
• Conduct market research and supply-and-demand analysis across real estate markets.
• Prepare presentations, investment memoranda, and analyses supporting new and existing investments.
• Present analysis and recommendations to investment and senior management stakeholders.
• Interact with advisors, investment bankers, brokers, affiliates, investors, and other third parties.
• Lead due diligence workstreams and transaction execution, while supporting M&A and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–7 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, real estate investing, and/or private equity.
• Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, independence, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Leadership capability, business-building mindset, reliability, diligence, and unquestionable ethics and integrity.
