What you will do

• Analyze historical and projected financial information to support valuation engagements.
• Develop and oversee the creation of detailed financial models for companies and complex securities.
• Direct and mentor junior staff in project execution and model development.
• Manage large data sets using Excel and platforms like Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
• Present thorough valuation analyses to clients and manage project deadlines.
• Participate in business development activities and client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 6 to 8 years of prior valuation work experience, preferably at a national accounting or valuation firm.
• Proven experience leading the development and completion of client-ready valuation deliverables.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Strong financial modeling skills and valuation-related technical competencies.

Nice to have

• Significant progress toward an ASA designation or similar professional certification.
• Experience with Option Pricing Models (Black Scholes) and/or Monte Carlo simulation.
