What you will do

• Analyze historical and projected financial information to support valuation work.
• Develop detailed financial models to value companies and complex securities.
• Aggregate and organize large datasets efficiently in Microsoft Excel.
• Use financial and market data platforms such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
• Present thorough valuation analyses to clients and ensure deliverables meet scope, deadlines, and quality expectations.
• Lead junior staff in model development and manage project status, deadlines, and report writing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of prior valuation work experience (preferably with a national accounting firm or valuation firm).
• Experience as a key team member leading client-ready valuation deliverables (or similar client service deliverables).
• Significant progress toward an ASA designation or similar designation.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with option pricing models (Black Scholes) and/or Monte Carlo simulation.
