Senior Associate - Valuation - Corporate Finance

Salary: $80,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze historical and projected financial information.
• Develop detailed financial models to value companies, investments, and complex securities.
• Direct junior staff in preparing valuation models and client-ready deliverables.
• Organize and analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel, Capital IQ, and Bloomberg.
• Present valuation analyses and communicate project status and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings, business development, recruiting, training, and mentoring activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Three to five years of prior valuation work experience, preferably with a national accounting or valuation firm.
• Experience leading the development and completion of client-ready valuation deliverables or similar client-service deliverables.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, report-writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be able to verify legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Black-Scholes option pricing models and/or Monte Carlo simulation.
• Significant progress toward an ASA or similar designation.
