What you will do

• Complete assignments for commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects under direct supervision.
• Collect data, conduct market research, and analyze complex highest and best use scenarios.
• Review revenue and expense performance and estimate cash flows using discounted cash flow models.
• Analyze comparable sales, perform detailed cost analyses, and draw market comparisons.
• Develop opinions of value and collaborate with appraisal professionals, clients, management, and quality control teams.
• Progress through the 24-month Senior Associate Development Program and complete licensing milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• State trainee appraisal license or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience.
• Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to complete at least 75% of required state licensing courses during the program, with the expectation of obtaining a State Certified General license within 6–12 months afterward.

Nice to have

• Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL.
