Global Logistics Coordinator - Ocean Export

Location: 519 Kaiser Dr, Folcroft, Pennsylvania, USA; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Coordinate the smooth and timely movement of ocean export freight and information.
• Enter operational data accurately and on time.
• Track and trace ocean export files and prepare reporting.
• Maintain compliance with internal, external, and government regulations.
• Keep customer standard operating procedures updated and communicate with overseas and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate operational problems to management when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, comprehension, and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach and strong organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work full-time at the Folcroft, Pennsylvania location.
