What you will do

• Provide general support for international shipping documentation for staff and clients.
• Retrieve, file, audit, and maintain documentation for international trade transactions.
• Prepare communications and status reports accurately, professionally, and within corporate timeliness standards.
• Inspect documentation for accuracy, including charges and required fields, according to account coordinator instructions.
• Maintain and update customer-specific work processes and procedures.
• Communicate with office personnel about obstacles affecting timely document processing.

• Ability to follow customer, government, and corporate documentation requirements.
• Ability to review charges, fields, and transaction records for completeness.
