Analyst - Global Financial Controls (CCAR Testing)

What you will do

• Lead governance, documentation, and testing procedures for the CCAR program.
• Evaluate risks and potential sources of misstatement across significant processes.
• Maintain relationships with control owners and provide guidance and training on CCAR requirements.
• Communicate recommendations on business-unit operations and controls to stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate discussions, make decisions independently, and manage activities with significant financial or business impact.
• Monitor SOX, SOC, and CCAR regulations and related industry changes.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with a global financial control team across multiple time zones and jurisdictions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience.
• Technical systems knowledge, such as PeopleSoft.
• Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor qualification.
