TL;DR
Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) Associate (Finance) (Financial Planning, Accounting, Power BI, Oracle, and AI): Rotating through corporate and operational finance assignments to analyze performance, support planning, and provide financial insights for strategic decisions with an accent on financial modeling, reporting, and business partnership. Focus on building analyses across income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow, improving reporting through automation and analytics, and presenting recommendations to finance and business leaders.

Location: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office, at rotation locations in the United States including Mettawa, Illinois; Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin; Knoxville, Tennessee; and Edgewater, Florida. Relocation between assignments is required and relocation assistance is provided.

Salary: $76,000 annual base salary, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

  • Complete three rotational assignments across corporate and operational finance.
  • Work in FP&A, manufacturing finance, accounting, treasury, internal audit, financial reporting, and related functions.
  • Analyze income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, trends, risks, opportunities, and business drivers.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and strategic decision-making.
  • Use Power BI, Oracle, automation solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve reporting and generate insights.
  • Partner with business leaders, present recommendations, and contribute to high-impact continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an AACSB-accredited university, with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 and at least one relevant internship, co-op, leadership, or professional experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, adapt to change, and take ownership.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate for rotational assignments in the United States.
  • Permanent authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Progress toward or interest in pursuing a CPA, CMA, or another professional certification.
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial planning tools, reporting platforms, Power BI, or data visualization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
