Portfolio Finance Lead

Location: Gloucester, MA, United States. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $92,000–$126,500 per year

What you will do

• Act as a finance business partner for assigned product lines and collaborate with marketing and engineering teams.
• Lead product line financial planning and the SR/QRAM business plan process.
• Identify and communicate product roadmap investments, performance metrics, and key investment inflection points.
• Present financial performance and objective analysis to senior management during quarterly business reviews.
• Model product line P&L scenarios based on changing business conditions and assumptions.
• Lead margin improvement initiatives and competitor, customer, and supplier financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or business analytics; an MBA is a plus.
• 4–7 years of relevant progressive experience.
• Proven analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise-level financial systems; SAP/BPC experience is preferred.
• Experience with a large international manufacturing or engineering company is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Tableau, BI, or Anaplan.
• MBA.
