Complex Adult Health Visiting Professor (Nursing)

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Teach and supervise BSN students during clinical experiences focused on complex adult health and unstable critical illnesses.
• Plan clinical assignments and provide direct supervision and evaluation of students delivering nursing care.
• Assess student performance against course objectives and provide documented feedback and remediation.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical partner policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Grade coursework, quizzes, tests, lab assignments, clinical paperwork, and other written work.
• Communicate student and clinical agency issues to the course coordinator and academic leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Unencumbered professional nursing license.
• At least two years of professional registered nursing experience within the last five years in the area of instruction.
• Strong subject-matter expertise and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination may be required at certain clinical partner sites.
