Operations Zone Leader I (Food Manufacturing)

Location: Lost Hills, California, USA; full-time onsite role

Salary: $73,000–$89,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct daily production plans and priorities across the assigned zone, resolving scheduling conflicts and coordinating required resources.
• Manage standard work and production readiness to achieve output, quality, and uptime targets.
• Lead, train, evaluate, develop, reward, and discipline employees while building stronger team leaders.
• Work with supporting departments to resolve safety, quality, and productivity issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through 5S, lean thinking, Hoshin goals, and the Floor Management Development System.
• Manage zone administration, including payroll attendance, disciplinary actions, manpower requests, and special projects.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or high school diploma/equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of related experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to direct production employees and enforce company policies, work rules, GMPs, and safety requirements.
• Ability to perform activities within the assigned production zone, including operating equipment.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Lost Hills, California, USA.
