Production Team Leader

Salary: $63,500–$82,500 annually

What you will do

• Lead production shifts and ensure product, equipment, and processes meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
• Coordinate production priorities, staffing, schedules, and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Coach, onboard, train, and develop associates while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Deliver KPIs across people, quality, safety, service, cost, throughput, and on-time, in-full shipping.
• Maintain product specifications by supporting formula and process adjustments when needed.
• Reduce waste and downtime and use tablet applications such as SOMAX, Rever, Shift Guides, and Intelex.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in production, preferably in food processing or a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead difficult conversations.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as in non-air-conditioned environments and off ground level with appropriate safety equipment.

• Knowledge of KRONOS.
• Equivalent education, training, and experience demonstrating the required competency.
