Tire Sales Specialist

Location: Plano, Texas, United States; onsite at a premium automotive dealership

Base pay: $28.34–$30.85 per hour. Target annual commission is listed as $14,040 in the posting and $13,200 in the compensation section.

What you will do

• Engage dealership service-drive customers and sell tires.
• Perform quick visual tire inspections and identify customer needs.
• Recommend tire solutions, provide pricing, and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support inventory, reporting, and other store operations.
• Complete the fully paid training program before performing the role independently.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills, including order systems and CRM tools.

• Automotive sales or industry experience.
