Sales Experience Specialist

Salary: $33.80–$50.60 per hour

What you will do

• Develop daily business plans and coordinate sales activities to achieve store budget goals.
• Direct workflow, prioritize Sales Manager activities, and collaborate with managers across departments.
• Act as Sales Manager on Duty by supporting transactions, answering questions, triaging phone inquiries, and following up on delegated tasks.
• Manage customer wait experiences, resolve concerns, and coordinate with other locations, the Customer Experience Center, and Customer Relations.
• Train and develop Sales Consultant Trainees and Sales Mentors, and support Sales Associate hiring activities.
• Open and close the store, provide management coverage, and handle finance, compliance, reporting, wait-list, and inventory-transfer administration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of prior sales or business operations experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, delegation, prioritization, and independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow processes, manage multiple duties, and maintain attention to detail.
• Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail.
• Completion of the Sales Experience Specialist Certification Program.

Nice to have

• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic Salesforce skills.
