Salary: $163,400–$214,410 per year, depending on experience, skills, and background.

What you will do

  • Own assembly and test engineering activities for advanced memory and logic probe card architectures.
  • Develop and qualify new processes aligned with technology roadmaps and product launches.
  • Transition processes from development into high-volume manufacturing in partnership with operations.
  • Improve yield, cycle time, process efficiency, and product reliability using SPC, DOE, analytics, and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate on equipment development strategies, structures, and roadmaps supporting capacity and process improvement.
  • Drive cross-functional process and build strategies while promoting EHS compliance and mitigating process-related risks.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, 8+ years with a master's degree, or 5+ years with a PhD; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience with ATE testing, electrical measurements, electrical testing, and failure analysis.
  • Experience working in a clean room environment and with precision metrology.
  • Knowledge of statistical data analysis, statistical data collection, DOE, and SPC.
  • Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across product, manufacturing, equipment, and operations teams.
  • Ability to work onsite in Livermore, California, during regular day-shift hours.
