What you will do

• Coordinate and direct daily production activities to support efficient, timely manufacturing.
• Analyze production documents, determine requirements, and plan work schedules.
• Coordinate operations between departments with other supervisors.
• Maintain records covering employee time, production output, and costs.
• Prepare shift-performance reports and request materials, equipment parts, or repair services as needed.
• Improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and employee motivation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build a successful team and foster an environment of trust.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in a manufacturing facility, with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform climbing, stooping, walking, and prolonged standing or sitting.

Nice to have

• Education beyond the high school diploma or GED.
• Leadership training courses.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Depending on the assigned area: RCRA, DOT, HVAC, or 608 Universal Refrigerant certification.
