Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Horn Lake, Mississippi, United States; onsite at the manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate production and materials operations.
• Supervise daily activities and maintain efficient staffing, materials, and resource allocation.
• Monitor production methods and output to meet daily goals.
• Motivate employees, manage performance issues, and evaluate individual performance.
• Implement operational procedures and support safe production practices and good housekeeping.
• Review work progress, answer questions, make decisions, and resolve operational problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Full understanding of product assembly and the ability to work in all subordinate-level areas.
• Ability to read and interpret parts, assembly, and tooling prints.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and interpret technical instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, use hands, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a loud manufacturing environment with fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and required PPE.
