Associate Relationship Manager (Banking)

Salary: $61,073.25–$107,489.00 per year

What you will do

• Respond to client account inquiries, investigate issues, and coordinate transaction requests with relevant departments.
• Build and maintain client relationships, identify client needs, and support onboarding for new Private Client Group clients.
• Support business development and sales activities, including pre-call planning, proposals, pitch books, marketing materials, and prospect list management.
• Review daily customer and risk reports, including new account, significant activity, large deposit, transaction, and month-end reports.
• Cross-sell products and services based on client needs while maintaining accurate account data.
• Monitor and report findings in line with KYC/AML, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related banking experience in a commercial environment.
• Experience with financial products, services, compliance, and KYC/AML.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, relationship management, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, make decisions, analyze problems, and collaborate across functions.
• Ability to work onsite in New York, United States.
