Annual base pay: $38,250–$61,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding financial needs and providing tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Achieve branch sales targets by promoting and cross-selling banking products and services.
• Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, outbound calls, portfolio management, and community engagement.
• Deliver personalized customer service, resolve concerns, and educate customers on digital banking and self-service tools.
• Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and through digital channels while collaborating with branch teams.
• Follow regulatory, risk, and fraud-prevention requirements and support nearby branches when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment, or qualifying retail banking, financial services, consultative sales, or hirify.global experience.
• At least 12 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building, consultative sales, communication, customer service, and cross-selling skills.
• Digital tools proficiency, computer literacy, basic math skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Portuguese and/or Spanish bilingual skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Additional relevant education, training, military service, or work experience.
