Amada Press Brake Operator

Location: Stockton, CA, United States. Full-time onsite swing shift, 3:45pm–12:15am; not eligible for remote work. Relocation is not available.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate an Amada press brake to punch, bend, seat, flange, and top-flange materials.
• Set up the machine and manufacture parts according to production drawings and work orders.
• Work independently to meet safety, quality, efficiency, lean, KPI, and production targets.
• Perform quality inspections against drawings and specifications.
• Communicate production issues and improvement opportunities to department leadership.

Requirements

• Manufacturing production experience; two years preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure, protractor, and square.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Sit-down forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
• Ability to stand and operate large equipment for approximately 8–12 hours, with repetitive twisting and bending and the ability to handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds using proper equipment for heavier loads.
