Quality Technical Lead - Press Brake (HVAC)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; onsite, full-time, D-Shift from 5:00pm to 5:00am, Friday through Sunday

Pay range: $22.99–$34.49 per hour, plus a 15% D-Shift differential

What you will do

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished equipment and sub-assemblies against company quality standards.
• Identify workmanship and design defects during assembly and after completion.
• Evaluate parts and assemblies using blueprints, schematics, drawings, measuring tools, and inspection techniques.
• Quarantine non-conforming materials and complete the required non-conforming material process.
• Help design and implement product inspection methods and procedures.
• Maintain inspection records, electronic quality systems, and reports on inspection results and shipment conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, product designs, submittals, and inspection principles.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and drawings and use measuring tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours in a manufacturing environment.
