Sales Associate - Senior Living

Location: 169 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10016, USA; full-time onsite position

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 yearly plus commission

What you will do

• Work with the Sales Director to develop and execute marketing plans that meet or exceed sales budgets and occupancy goals.
• Generate leads through phone calls, direct calls, and other activities defined in the marketing plan.
• Manage move-ins, move-outs, and the community wait list to support revenue performance.
• Maintain lead-tracking and marketing systems and monitor current competitors.
• Support resident and associate referral programs and maintain effective relationships with residents and their families.
• Communicate pricing, program changes, and promotional information while following applicable regulations and community policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or one to two years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience working with elderly populations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to assisted living.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Windows, Outlook, and Excel, plus the ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.
