Director of Sales - Assisted Living

Location: New Castle, Pennsylvania, USA; onsite

What you will do

• Lead the community sales and marketing department and manage leasing and move-in goals.
• Schedule, organize, and conduct tours for prospective residents and respond promptly to inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and mail.
• Plan and implement seminars, speaker sessions, themed events, family nights, and other outreach activities that generate referrals.
• Build relationships with residents, families, professional care providers, and referral sources.
• Develop quarterly marketing plans with executive and regional leadership and coordinate media planning with vendors.
• Track sales activity, leads, waitlists, move-ins, and move-outs while communicating incoming residents' special needs to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Experience in senior housing or hospitality sales is preferred.
• Experience in competitive outside and inside sales environments.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales metrics.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Outgoing, personable, competitive, organized, and self-motivated leadership style.
• Professional communication and presentation skills, with a passion for serving seniors.
