Director of Business Development (Senior Living)

Location: Gresham, Oregon, USA; onsite full-time

What you will do

• Generate professional referrals and move-ins from healthcare providers, community associations, and other referral sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital departments, care providers, residents, families, and community organizations.
• Plan and execute seminars, speaker sessions, themed events, family nights, and other activities for prospective residents.
• Develop territory call objectives and strategic sales and marketing plans with community leadership.
• Provide product and service education, coordinate referral follow-up, and support successful resident transitions.
• Maintain accurate professional contact records, explain basic sales-contract terms, and support assigned community-relations projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 2–3+ years of experience, including previous sales or admissions experience in senior living.
• Fluent English communication skills are required for speaking, reading, writing, and daily job duties.
• Strong organization, multitasking, deadline-management, confidentiality, and communication skills.
• Valid automobile driving ability and license are required; driving is an essential job function.
