Community Relations Director (Senior Housing Sales)

What you will do

• Lead the community sales and marketing department and fulfill leasing, move-in, and monthly net-gain goals.
• Schedule and conduct tours for prospective residents across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
• Respond to and follow up with walk-ins, phone inquiries, mail inquiries, and other leads.
• Plan and deliver seminars, speaker sessions, themed events, and family nights with the sales, marketing, and program teams.
• Build referral relationships with residents, families, professional care providers, and community partners.
• Develop quarterly marketing plans, manage media planning and sales tools, and report sales activity to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in senior housing or hospitality sales is preferred.
• Experience in competitive outside and inside sales environments.
• Outgoing, personable, competitive, organized, and self-motivated leadership style.
• Valid driver's license required.
• English fluency preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales metrics; a college degree is preferred but not required.
