Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; full-time onsite work in a manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Coordinate and direct daily production-floor activities to support efficient and timely manufacturing.
• Analyze production documents, determine requirements, and plan work schedules.
• Coordinate operations between departments with other supervisors.
• Maintain records of employee time, production output, and costs.
• Prepare shift-performance reports and implement improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Request materials, supplies, equipment parts, and repair services as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education supports career development.
• 3–5 years of industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry preferred.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build a successful team and foster an environment of trust.
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing facility with temperature extremes, loud noise, dust, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects, and heavy forklift traffic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb, stoop, walk, and sit for prolonged periods.

Nice to have

• Leadership training courses.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• RCRA, DOT, HVAC, or 608 Universal Refrigerant certification, depending on the assigned area.
