What you will do

• Supervise 20+ production line employees to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery requirements are met.
• Act as the primary liaison between production staff and Flow Team Coaches to coordinate planning and plant operations.
• Lead daily morning and start-up meetings to communicate assignments, schedules, and safety topics.
• Monitor and measure employee performance, providing coaching and feedback to promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Engineering) to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure a safe, ergonomic, and organized work environment through 5S and regular process audits.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex manufacturing or production operations.
• Practical knowledge of production systems, manufacturing processes, and products.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, including waste reduction and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in production reporting, attendance tracking, and performance management.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
