Remote Inbound Sales Agents (AI)

Location: Fully remote, work-from-home. Full-time hourly employees must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour plus uncapped commission and potential equity.

What you will do

• Connect by phone with customers who begin their insurance search in the app.
• Compare coverage, discounts, and policy options across more than 55 insurance carriers.
• Explain complex insurance details in clear, accessible language.
• Listen to customer concerns, resolve hesitations, and provide empathetic guidance.
• Help customers finalize and purchase suitable insurance policies.

Requirements

• Experience in high-standard retail, hospitality, or another customer-experience-focused environment.
• Strong active listening and empathetic communication skills.
• Upbeat attitude and ability to create positive customer interactions.
• Comfort using internal tools and insurance platforms while multitasking.
• Current residence in one of the approved U.S. states is required for full-time hourly employment.
