Global Product Manager – Underground (Medium Voltage Switchgear)

Salary: $114,512–$151,668 annually

What you will do

• Own designated medium-voltage underground switchgear products and solutions, including load break switches and fault interrupters.
• Develop portfolio strategies, product roadmaps, value propositions, and go-to-market plans using customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Lead new product development and change-management initiatives, including product launches, enhancements, sales enablement, training, and communications.
• Manage pricing strategy, inventory alignment, forecasts, win/loss analysis, and product portfolio profitability.
• Support sales and marketing activities, customer presentations, bid strategy, and channel development.
• Coordinate global cross-functional work across engineering, supply chain, quality, operations, sales, and marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, sales, marketing, product management, or a related role within the power industry.
• Strong technical and commercial aptitude, including experience with engineered-to-order products.
• Ability to influence internal and external customers, manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate directly with customers independently.

• Experience with medium-voltage electric power products.
