Associate Product Manager (Water Technologies)

Location: North Andover, Massachusetts, United States; onsite in the office Monday–Wednesday and remote Thursday–Friday

Salary: $92,000–$104,000 yearly

What you will do

• Support product and project management activities, including sales and margin tracking, quotations, customer support, and field support.
• Manage the stage-gate process for new product development initiatives and coordinate launches with Engineering and Product Development.
• Analyze product portfolios, market penetration, competitive intelligence, customer needs, and product requirements.
• Develop scorecards, financial projections, dashboards, and data deep dives for the Product Team, serving as the Power BI expert.
• Create product documentation and sales collateral, and lead customer training sessions on product strategy.
• Build effective cross-functional collaboration and travel approximately 15–20% to understand the Voice of the Customer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or business administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in the flow control industry, including knowledge of valve applications, fluid mechanics, and electromechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of sales channels including distribution, contractors, end users, and specifying engineers.
• Project management and product analyst skills with a customer-centric, data-driven approach.
• Ability to learn business systems such as Power BI; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with commercial or residential plumbing, pressure-reducing products, multitasking, and travel requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial or residential plumbing related to pressure-reducing products and applications.
• Voice-of-Customer data collection, dissemination, and reporting experience.
