Senior Product Manager (PSA)

What you will do

• Define and execute the global strategy for the assigned PSA product line to achieve growth goals.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Own product direction, prioritization, trade-offs, and the forward-looking product roadmap.
• Conduct market research and customer interviews, translating insights into differentiated product initiatives.
• Manage pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and the full product lifecycle from ideation through sunset.
• Resolve product issues and prepare business cases for initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or university degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in product management, marketing, sales, or a related role.
• Experience managing, developing, and leading teams toward global, cross-functional outcomes.
• Experience translating products and technologies into customer solutions and working with global manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, collaboration, and execution skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, and Power BI is expected.
