Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Monett, Missouri, United States; on-site at least three days per week

What you will do

• Partner with manufacturing operations and plant leadership to analyze financial and operational performance.
• Support standard costing, annual cost rolls, BOM and routing reviews, and manufacturing overhead rate calculations.
• Analyze manufacturing variances, yields, productivity, and other operational metrics to identify root causes.
• Support month-end close through journal entries, account reconciliations, inventory accuracy, and manufacturing cost data integrity.
• Assist with plant budgeting, forecasting, and actual-versus-budget or forecast variance reporting.
• Provide financial analysis for capital investments, Lean projects, process improvements, and other operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, operations finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills, including investigating data, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Interest in manufacturing operations and the ability to collaborate with Operations on process improvements and business problems.
• Ability to work with manufacturing data and ERP systems, including BOMs, routings, inventory, and production information.
• Ability to work on-site at least three days per week.
