Accounting Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Lebanon, Missouri, United States; onsite, full-time

Salary: $87,800–$128,750 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead financial accounting for the Lowe Boats facility and manage the finance and accounting team.
• Partner with plant leadership and Lowe brand leaders on pricing, operational results, strategy, and business improvement.
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, financial reviews, accounting statements, schedules, and reports.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, reporting, internal controls, SOX documentation, and physical inventories.
• Analyze production, logistics, procurement, working capital, cost reduction, and manufacturing variances.
• Lead internal and external audits and support special projects and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least six years of professional experience.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role; manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadline constraints while managing multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, initiative, safety awareness, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across operations, sales, marketing, supply chain, vendors, and the dealer network.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, or other quality improvement methods.
• Boating or recreational industry experience.
