VDC Project Manager - Scheduling

What you will do

• Develop and maintain master schedules for BIM projects, aligning milestones with delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with customers, VDC teams, piping design stakeholders, and internal departments to maintain schedule accuracy.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and schedule conflicts.
• Oversee multiple project pod groups and coordinate BIM modelers and coordinators across corporate and remote locations.
• Provide weekly project updates, risk reports, schedule adjustments, dashboards, and tracking reports to senior leadership.
• Guide teams on BIM coordination, scheduling practices, workflow optimization, and quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, scheduling, and coordination within construction or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of scheduling methodologies and workflow optimization for MEP, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Power BI, and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Experience managing multiple project teams and coordinating across departments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
