What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Performance Tapes business across ASEAN.
• Lead the local ASEAN sales team and drive revenue growth, market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Build customer and end-user relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide sales teams with tools, resources, and support while tracking strategic performance metrics and dashboards.
• Oversee financial commitments, budgets, AOP/IOP alignment, and compliance with governance standards.
• Collaborate with regional and local functions to align priorities and support ASEAN business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA is advantageous.
• 8–10 years of sales and management experience in B2B industries within matrixed and sizable organizations.
• Proven success in sales and business development, particularly in specialty business sectors.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer focus, influencing ability, organizational skills, and people management experience.
• High integrity and commitment to business ethics; P&L experience is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive or electronics industries.
• Experience with adhesive or tape-related products.
• MBA and P&L experience.
