Senior/Account Manager (Malaysia)

Location: Malaysia; occasional travel for in-person customer engagements is required.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across Malaysia.
• Act as the primary customer contact and identify opportunities to expand existing business.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with outside sales, purchasing, operations, quality, and logistics to support order fulfillment.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, with occasional customer visits.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role.
• Experience in the electronic components industry is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
• Proven success in a sales environment and strong customer relationship skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools; ability to travel occasionally.
