Sales and Operations Specialist (AGM Software)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end B2B sales process, from prospecting through deal closure.
• Develop sales strategies and work toward revenue targets.
• Deliver client presentations and product demonstrations, and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Build client relationships and support satisfaction and retention.
• Plan and execute AGM operations, including software setup, user access, onboarding, training, and live support.
• Coordinate with internal teams, resolve delivery issues, ensure compliance, and collect client feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Corporate Governance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B software sales, AGM services, or event operations.
• Understanding of AGMs, AGM processes, and corporate governance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Comfort with software platforms, virtual meeting tools, and data handling.
