Specialist Technician Quality Laboratory

What you will do

• Develop country and internal laboratory work instructions and register new equipment.
• Monitor calibration frequencies, inspect equipment condition, and perform internal calibration.
• Coordinate calibration and maintenance services with external providers and equipment suppliers.
• Perform laboratory tests and evaluate results against customer specifications and hirify.global standards.
• Report negative results to quality and production teams and evaluate production-equipment requalification tests.
• Optimize calibration costs and identify potentially affected material when measuring or test equipment is defective.

Requirements

• University degree in any field of study.
• At least one year of experience in quality.
• Experience or capability in laboratory reporting, KPI compliance, calibration documentation, and equipment monitoring.
• Strong communication, teamwork, self-organization, resilience, and conflict-management skills.
• Ability to work with quality and production stakeholders and coordinate external service providers.
