Product Marketing Manager - Energy & Infrastructure

Location: Dynapower, South Burlington, Vermont, United States; onsite, full time

Base salary: $121,600–$167,200 per year

What you will do

• Manage and grow the Energy and Infrastructure business portfolio.
• Oversee marketing plans, product positioning, and business plans for assigned products and product lines.
• Develop product plans, roadmaps, pricing proposals, and growth initiatives aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to drive business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience managing products or product lines in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, accountability, ethical values, and integrity.
• Eligibility to obtain authorization under ITAR and/or EAR is required; non-US persons may not be eligible.
