Product Marketing Manager – Beds and Therapeutic Surfaces (Healthcare)

Location: Corporate MN, Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $86,379.31–$224,456.95 per year for remote locations

What you will do

• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify unmet needs, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product enhancements.
• Define product positioning, value propositions, differentiation, and messaging across customer-facing channels.
• Create sales enablement collateral, training materials, and launch support tools.
• Track launch and marketing performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns and messaging.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, solutions, communications, finance, sales, and operational teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Healthcare market experience strongly preferred; experience with beds or support surfaces is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; rendering software experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
